Prefab Provider:
Summary - At the conclusion of this Phase 1, clients have a clear understanding of the development possibilities for their property and project and typically sign a contract with their Prefab Provider for each of the three phases below as individual/singular contracts or as one collective contract for services. The type of contract should be discussed with the Prefab Provider to satisfy your preferences and their business model requirements. The pros/cons of these contractual differences are minimal and are typically resolved in a 10 minute discussion. Before signing any contract, it’s imperative for you to feel comfortable and confident that both you and your Prefab Provider can fulfill their contractual roles and responsibilities to bring your project to fruition.
Prefab Provider:
Summary - At the conclusion of Phase 2, clients have their final macro project design and all documents required for funding/lender applications.
Prefab Provider:
Summary - At the conclusion of this Phase 3, clients have their Lender approved project financing, have completed the selection of all micro design elements and have procured approved building permits for all factory-built and site build portions of the project.
Prefab Provider:
Summary - At the conclusion of this Phase 4, all modules will be assembled in the factory and the project property/site will be prepared for the soon-to-be-delivered. modules.
Summary - At the conclusion of this Phase 5, prefab modules, are set in place on site built foundations. In addition, all Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire/Life Safety systems, etc are connected resulting in a substanstially completed/finished building.
Summary - At the conclusion of this Phase 6, Prefab Provider delivers building and all corresponding lending documentation to the Client.
